Treatment Fee for Service

For almost 30 years the Renaissance Campus has been the leader in adolescent addiction treatment. We strive to provide the highest standard of person centered care and no one will be turned away based on their inability to pay. Our experienced staff will work with families on a case by case basis to determine the best payment plan for treatment services. We accept most commercial health insurance plans and Medicaid. When applicable self-pay is determined by a sliding fee scale. Regardless of your financial situation we are here to assist you and insure that treatment is assessable to everyone who needs it.

We accept the following payment methods for each level of care:

Stabilization

  • Medicaid
  • Commercial Health Insurance
  • Self-pay fee for service with a sliding scale
  • Department of Social Services Congregate Care Level 2

 

Residential Rehabilitation

  • Medicaid
  • Commercial Health Insurance
  • Self-pay fee for service with a sliding scale

 

Reintegration

  • Self-pay fee for service with a sliding scale
  • Department of Social Services Congregate Care Level 2

 

Commercial Health Insurance and Medicaid

We accept the following commercial health insurance for Residential Rehabilitation.  If you do not see your insurance plan listed below, please contact our Billing Specialist at (716) 827-9462. They will be happy to assist you in confirming your coverage.

Medicaid may also be a payment option.  Our Billing Specialist, Trish will be happy to assist with the application process.

About Trish Kamienowski:

Trish Kamienowski is the Billing Coordinator on the Renaissance Campus.  She began working in the Billing Department at Alcohol and Drug Dependency Services in 1990.  When ADDS closed, she joined the Renaissance Campus in 2014 as the Billing Coordinator.  Trish enjoys working on the Campus because she loves watching the adolescents grow and become the best version of themselves.
