Suzanne has a strong background in event planning and hospitality with a focus on organizing large-scale nonprofit fundraising walks in cities across the Northeast including New York and Boston. With a degree from Carnegie Melon University, she has over 10 years of nonprofit experience and over 20 years of hospitality and entertainment experience. Suzanne’s nonprofit history ranges from Hearing Loss Association of America to Girl Scouts of America. Her passion for educating parents, adolescents and the community stems from being the mother of two teenage daughters. Her role as Development Director allows her to build relationships in the community to support and spread awareness of KED’s critical no-cost services. Suzanne also touches the lives of youth by teaching piano lessons as she has done for over 15 years!
