Dale Kasprzyk has been affiliated with Kids Escaping Drugs for the past ten years and became a member of the Board of Directors in November of 2017. He serves on the Governance and Face2Face Committees. Dale holds a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York, College at Buffalo and numerous certifications from the FBI/DEA Training Academy in Quantico, Virginia. Dale is employed at M&T Bank where he is the Senior BSA Manager within the Financial Investigations Unit. Prior to joining M&T, Dale worked as a Special Agent with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). His career with the DEA included assignments as an Agent, Group Supervisor and eventually as the Resident Agent in Charge of the DEA Office in Buffalo, NY. While working in Federal Law Enforcement, Dale often partnered with Kids Escaping Drugs on various projects. He initiated a Prescription Pill take back program in WNY, using volunteers from KED to help staff the drop off locations throughout the WNY area. Dale also helped develop the Game Changers basketball program for inner-city youth. This program targeted young adults who lived in high crime areas and provided professional basketball instruction combined with lectures and presentations on the dangers of substance abuse. KED was an integral part of Game Changers and helped administer the program, providing both financial support and technical assistance. Dale also helped secure federal asset forfeiture funding for improvements to the KED facility and to help support the Game Changers program. Dale often works with the Face2Face team, providing discussion on the dangers of substance abuse.
