How/why did you get started at KED?
I think the work KED does is so important, and I want to contribute to making sure our services are known and can continue. As the Marketing & Events Director, it’s a pleasure to utilize my skills to create meaningful material that highlights the mission and the impact we have as an organization.
What has been the most impactful experience for you during your time at KED?
I’ve gotten to know a lot of families who have lost a friend or family member to an overdose and find ways to support KED in memory of their loved ones. Their stories inspire me to do the best that I can with the role and position I hold here at KED.
What are you most proud of KED accomplishing this past year?
I’m proud of how dedicated our entire team is. We are deeply invested in the work we need to do and consistently strategize on how to reach more, do more, and create real change.
What is something that is on your bucket list?
I’d like to visit all the National Parks, so far, I’ve been to 22 out of 63.
If you could time travel, where would you go, and what would you see?
I’ve always been interested in the Victorian era and would love to have visited the Pan-American Expo of 1901 which was held right here in Buffalo!
